Overview

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid, closed-cell insulation material that is white in color. It is a nontoxic material that provides Class 1 flame spread rating (25 or less) and is environmentally sound. Initially made from a petroleum byproduct, virtually all of our scrap is recycled into other post-consumer uses or back into the manufacture of other foam products.

Material

EPS is a 100% recyclable product made from post-consumer & post-industrial materials. It does not leach any toxic chemicals or heavy metals while also being free of dyes, formaldehyde and HCFCs.

ESP Contributes toward LEED® credit requirements while inhibiting the growth of mold or mildew. It also has long-term stable R-value making for a more energy conserving material.

Our equipment, software and technicians are state-of-the-art.  Our cutting, routing and fabrication techniques allow for the creation of exactly what is required.
