The wide range of coatings and finishes, which provide durability and beauty, are many and varied. Our foam is now being used to provide the look and durability of wood, concrete, gypsum plaster and stone. Pre-Coated EPS

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a rigid, closed-cell insulation material that is white in color. It is a nontoxic material that provides Class 1 flame spread rating (25 or less) and is environmentally sound. Initially made from a petroleum byproduct, virtually all of our scrap is recycled into other post-consumer uses or back into the manufacture of other foam products.

FRP / GFRC / GFRG

Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP), Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum (GFRG) offer superior performance in many situations. BayStone offers a full line of custom shapes to meet any need.
